Column 1: List your organization's top initiatives or business activities for the next three years.
Column 2: List who you need to communicate with and what you need to communicate about this initiative, and how you will communicate.
Step 3: Measure when and how long you must communicate with that stakeholder about that initiative and plot it on the timeline.
